The Openwork Foundation has been making a difference since 1981, donating more than £23 million and supporting over 1,500 projects. Last year alone, the Foundation raised over £750,000, helping charities provide essential services to the most vulnerable people in our society.

How every pound counts
The Openwork Partnership covers 100% of The Openwork Foundation's administration costs, which means every penny raised goes directly to the charities they support. All funds are also uplifted by 50%, turning every £1 donated into £1.50 for charity.
The Foundation partners with major charities like Dementia UK, providing annual grants of £50,000. They also support smaller, local causes that matter to advisers and their communities. Grants range from £100 to £500 for charities nominated by the network, supporting everything from children's hospices to environmental conservation.
Building futures worldwide
Over 30% of Openwork colleagues make regular monthly donations, creating a steady foundation for charitable work. The Foundation goes beyond donations through annual cycle challenges that have raised more than £2.2 million since 2000, with participants covering 185,000 miles across some of the world's most challenging terrains.
The Foundation has helped build schools from recycled shipping containers in the Philippines and enabled Mencap to create an education centre for people with learning difficulties.
